 Yes, we take the privacy and security of our users very seriously. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, and we will never share your information with third parties without your consent. 

 At each Fam Event, one family meets with three trusted caregivers in a calm and personal setting. You’ll speak with each caregiver one-on-one, get to know their background and energy, and ask any questions you have. By the end of the event, you’ll have a clear sense of who feels like the best fit—and we’ll help you finalize the match.

Each event is private and designed for one family only. You’ll meet with three caregivers, one at a time, so you can focus, connect, and make a confident choice.

 Yes! We actually encourage families to bring their child. Seeing how your child interacts naturally with caregivers can help everyone get a better feel for the connection.

The Family Care Profile Form is how we learn about your family’s unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle. It helps us carefully match you with the right caregivers before your Fam Event.

By filling it out, you're giving us key information like:

    •    Preferred meeting format (in person or Zoom)

    •    Your child’s interests and personality

    •    Languages spoken, schedules, and other important details

    •    Pay range and how soon you’re looking for care

Yes, you can attend virtually via Zoom. You’ll still meet with each caregiver one-on-one in private breakout sessions. The experience is just as personal and warm from home.

To reserve your Fam Event, we ask for a small non-refundable deposit.

    •    If you choose not to hire a caregiver after the event, that deposit is your only cost.

    •    If you do hire, the deposit goes toward your final match fee.
